Navia was founded by Matt Subieta and Agnes Maciazek.
Matt is a multidisciplinary filmmaker with experience across motion pictures, animation, museum exhibitions, and AI. He has worked in Poland, Australia, and the United States, collaborating with Discovery, History Channel, CANAL+, and Platige Image. A Golden Lion winner at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, he made his directorial debut at Cannes Critics’ Week with the short film Tourist. He has also lectured at the School of Visual Arts in New York, as well as in Poland and the UK. Agnes leads administration and strategic development at Navia. She is an angel investor with a background in fine arts and journalism, bringing a unique perspective that bridges creativity and business.
